I will not split hairs with those who say “get the black King, or Red King, etc.” Whatever broth you pick, it is astonishingly great ramen. They list no phone and do not take reservations. You will wait in line for this ramen everytime. They have a Michelin star at their Tokyo location. Here is how we order. Start with the Chicken Karaage because everything they make is amazing and YOU WAITED IN LINE. I like the Green King because pesto and Ramen were made for each other. They even add shaved Parmesan over the top. I get regular noodles and always an extra side of chaschu (sliced pork) or pork belly. Both are cooked perfectly and you can’t have enough. We go every month because it is one of the best meals in the world and under $30.
